This logistics/project coordinator role will have a strong focus on inventory and postage management, packaging/assembly, and working with multiple e-commerce systems.

The responsibility of our support team is to work closely with clients, account managers, and internal production staff to manage daily functions, as well as one-off projects from beginning to end. Their role is essential to the success of our day-to-day operations.

Position:  Invoicing Clerk

Position Summary

Detail Invoicing Clerk will be the primary contact for invoicing questions from other departments within the company. Successful applicants will have the desire to eventually develop the position into a lead roll.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3-5 year of experience with general accounting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, and college-level accounting coursework is a plus.

Technical Project Coordinator

Position Summary

The Technical Project Coordinator will work with Sales, Client Services, Operations and the Technology team on the development of digital deliverables, most commonly websites. The project coordinator will work with the Technical Project Manager and internal teams to develop solutions and execute production efforts and will work with clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, according to specifications, and on budget. The Technical Project Coordinator will report to the Technical Project Manager.

This individual is expected to document and track features and functionality throughout the lifecycle of a project, help ensure milestones are met, assist in the QA process and help create training materials for clients and internal personnel. Problem-solving, technical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are critical to this role. This individual will be at the center of a fast-paced environment and be relied on to execute daily, weekly and project deliverables, facilitate decisions among stakeholders, and maintain process and best practices.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Executing project plans and coordinating the efforts of the overall team; clients, Sales, creative and internal parties
  • Assisting in the managing of timelines

Promotional Products Project Manager - Kore Group

You are the central planner and operations point person for a book of business at a growing and evolving promotional marketing company. You love wearing many hats. You create clarity in the chaos. You pave the way for others.

Day-to-day expectations:

  • Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects with varying levels of urgency and strategy in a high-volume, interruption-driven environment
  • Communicate regularly with clients, vendors and Kore Group personnel regarding ongoing estimates, presentations, projects and campaigns
  • Meticulously track and record daily operations, updates and statuses using project management and CRM tools
  • Be knowledgeable and actionable in all aspects of sales, product sourcing, brand management, print application, production planning, kitting, warehousing, webstore management and freight logistics
  • Solicit pricing and order details from vendors, including but not limited to decoration and material options, packaging, shipping, payment terms and artwork needs
