We will not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered incorrectly. Custom orders are non-refundable.
If an ordered item is received damaged or in error originated by Kaye-Smith we will correct the mistake with no further charge to you or send you a refund within 30 days.
We will accept returns for damaged or mis-shipped product. Items received damaged must be returned with the original packaging.
